Aaron Weiss has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and has focused his career in construction management and general building. He founded ARM Builders Inc in 2005, and has worked in the private and public sector, on every kind of building project, ranging from large-scale commercial constructions to public schools and building houses. Since starting the company he has overseen 250 projects and enjoys the satisfaction clients demonstrate when projects are completed. ARM Builders was selected as one of the major contractors for NBC’s primetime show American Dream Builders and worked on every single episode, helping homeowners achieve their dream home. The company also appeared on the Nate and Jeremiah show as one of the building contractors. “I believe in setting big goals…and achieving them,” said Aaron. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children and is an active member of the local Jewish community. Aaron’s most recent goal was to complete his first Olympic Triathlon, setting a personal record.
Oren started as a general contractor in Israel and worked on new commercial construction projects such as shopping malls and hospitals. In 2005 he moved to the USA, initially working with a major local investment company building their commercial projects in Arizona. Oren relocated to Los Angeles in 2007 to work on new constructions with new methods of environmentally-friendly Green Building projects, utilizing solar technology. When Hurricane Ike hit Texas in 2009, Oren travelled to Galveston to help local communities rebuild in the wake of their devastation. Since then he has become dedicated to ensuring buildings and their residents are as secure as possible, and he cares deeply about the importance of seismic retrofits. “I like to see the smile on people’s faces when we complete a retrofit, knowing that THEIR building is safe and secure ”. Oren lives in Woodland Hills CA with his family and enjoys, local hikes and the outdoors with his three children.
